Connect wallets and exchanges without giving up control
Add a wallet by its public address and connect an exchange through Plaid, read-only. Holdings sync on their own.
Typing in every trade gets old fast. Connected accounts keep your holdings current without you lifting a finger, and without handing over anything that could move your money.
Wallets, by public address
Paste a wallet address, or an ENS or .btc name. Sonar reads balances on more than 50 networks, including Ethereum and other EVM chains, Solana, Bitcoin, XRP Ledger, Cardano and TRON, and transaction history on most of them.
A public address can only be read. Sonar never asks for a private key or seed phrase, and couldn't move funds if it wanted to.
Exchanges, through Plaid
On Starter, Standard and Premium, crypto exchanges connect through Plaid, the same way as brokerages. You sign in on Plaid's screens, and Sonar never asks for an API key or your exchange password. Plaid sends investment data only, so nothing can be traded, withdrawn or transferred. Which exchanges you can connect depends on Plaid's coverage.
What syncing gets you
- Holdings that update on their own: every 6 hours on Starter, Standard and Premium, daily on Free.
- Wallet transfers in your history, so performance reflects what actually happened.
- One list. A hardware wallet, two exchanges and a hand-entered position all land in the same portfolio, each labeled with where it came from.

Free includes one connected wallet, Starter three accounts, Standard five and Premium ten. Need more? Extra accounts are $1 a month each.
Ask about it in Claude or ChatGPT
Once your accounts sync, your AI assistant sees the same picture. On Standard:
How is my portfolio split between my Ledger, Coinbase and Kraken accounts?
List every holding in my Kraken account with its value and P&L.
Connections stay read-only end to end: the assistant reads through Sonar, and Sonar only ever reads from your accounts.
