Terms of Service

What Sonar is

Sonar shows your portfolio of stocks and crypto assets in one place, with prices, performance and market, social and onchain context for the assets you hold. It is read-only: Sonar never places trades, moves funds or asks for trading or withdrawal permissions.

Not investment advice

Sonar provides information only. Nothing in Sonar is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Talk to a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

Market, social and onchain data comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We flag data we know is delayed or missing; check anything important against the original source. Portfolio values and performance depend on the information you provide and on public data, and may not match your broker or exchange records.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
• Keep access to your email account (and Google account, if you use it to sign in) secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Give accurate information, and tell us promptly at support@sonarfolio.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your information

You keep ownership of the portfolio information you add. You give us permission to store and process it to provide Sonar to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Only connect wallet addresses and import data you have the right to use.

Plans, billing and cancellation

• Free is free. Starter, Standard and Premium are paid subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly at the prices shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe, plus any applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (a month or a year) and are charged to your payment method through Stripe until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account returns to Free. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and we don't give credits for partial months, except when you move to a higher plan: the unused part of your current plan counts toward the new one.
• We may change prices or plan features. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of a price increase, which applies from your next renewal after the notice period. Features marked “Coming soon” are not yet available and aren't part of what you pay for until they launch.
• If a payment fails, we may limit paid features until it succeeds.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe others' rights using Sonar;
• access accounts or data that aren't yours, or probe, scan or test the security of Sonar without permission;
• scrape, copy, resell or redistribute data from Sonar, or use it to build a competing product, beyond the limits of any API access your plan includes;
• interfere with or overload the service, or get around plan limits or rate limits;
• reverse engineer Sonar, except where the law allows it.

Third-party services and data

Sonar relies on third parties, including data providers, blockchain explorers, Stripe and Google. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we aren't responsible for them, their availability or the accuracy of their data.

Our property

Sonar, including its software, design, brand and the data and content we provide, belongs to LunarCrush, Inc. and its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Sonar under these terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

Changes and availability

We may add, change or remove features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We'll tell you in advance about changes that materially reduce what a paid plan includes, and you can cancel if you don't want to continue.

Ending your use

You can stop using Sonar and delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete my account. Deleting cancels any paid plan immediately, without a refund for the rest of the period, and permanently removes your data. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk. Sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limits of liability and ownership) continue after your account ends.

Disclaimers

Sonar is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise that Sonar will be uninterrupted, error-free or that data will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, LunarCrush, Inc. won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, trading or investment losses, or lost data, arising from your use of Sonar. Our total liability for any claim relating to Sonar is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from claims caused by your breach of these terms or your misuse of Sonar, to the extent the law allows.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for material changes, tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using Sonar after that, the new terms apply.

General

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about Sonar. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right isn't a waiver of it. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
